I’m unable to connect an external service in Settings > Connected Accounts

Try troubleshooting using the steps below:
  • Kill the Highlanders App on your device;
  • Verify your email address by checking your Inbox for an email with subject “Highlanders email verification”;
  • Relaunch Highlanders;
  • Access to Settings > Connected Accounts;
  • Re-enter your credentials to access the external account you’d like to connect.
If the problem still persists please send us the following informations in the box below:
  • Your UserID (the email address you’ve signed up);
  • Your device brand and version;
  • A description of the issue with enough details for us to recreate the error.
