Try troubleshooting using the steps below:
- Kill the Highlanders App on your device;
- Verify your email address by checking your Inbox for an email with subject “Highlanders email verification”;
- Relaunch Highlanders;
- Access to Settings > Connected Accounts;
- Re-enter your credentials to access the external account you’d like to connect.
If the problem still persists please send us the following informations in the box below:
- Your UserID (the email address you’ve signed up);
- Your device brand and version;
- A description of the issue with enough details for us to recreate the error.
