I can’t access my account.

Please make sure you did verify your email on the device you are trying to use to access Highlanders and you are not accessing Highlanders with more than 5 different devices:
  • Kill the Highlanders App on your device;
  • Verify your email address by checking your Inbox for an email with subject “Highlanders email verification”;
  • Relaunch Highlanders.
If the problem still persists please send us the following informations in the box below:
  • Your UserID (the email address you’ve signed up);
  • Your device brand and version;
  • A description of the issue with enough details for us to recreate the error.
